Great craftsmanship. Only issue was that only half of the mounting hardware was included.
Customer service was top notch. I cannot say enough about how thoughtful Wooden Patriots was and how attention was paid to every detail of how the shadow box was customized. Delivery was quick and came very well protected. I would strongly recommend them to anybody that wants to honor somebody close to them.

Overall it was a decent product. The door was warped when I took it out of the box and the door bottom did not align with the bottom of the case. I thought the hinges were a little light. I might end up replacing them for something more durable. The back piece was very nice and the vison panel was very nice

Brett did an amazing job putting this shadow box together and it was the highlight of our family get together. My brother-in-law NEVER gets emotional, but seeing his dress uniform displayed as it should brought the tears. Thanks for crafting such a great gift.

Opening it up and seeing the amazing craftsmanship that went into this box has shocked everyone that knows about this surprise for my husband. Over all the box was nice, although due to extremely poor packaging it arrived damaged. The plexiglass was completely pushed out bending all the small brackets that held it in place. The website said I had to pay an $80.00 shipping cost for two day shipping. I waited 20+ days and received a damaged product. $80.00 should have guaranteed me better packaging and faster shipping.
Omg, words can’t describe how beautiful this piece is!!! I got it for my husband for Father’s Day and he’s in love, everyone who sees it thinks it’s so unique and beautiful, it’s a show stopper for sure!!!
